You are cordially invited to attend EBSCO Publishing's Customer Success Forum on Tuesday, April 13, 2010, from 9:00 a.m. - 12 noon at the Library Resource Center in Winnipeg. This is a completely free event for existing EBSCO customers from school and public libraries. Lunch will be served at the end of the program.

During the Forum, EBSCO's Training Team will cover:

*  Customization Tools & Techniques for your EBSCOhost interfaces, including 'skinning' and branding

*  Training and Promotional Tools available on the EBSCO Support Site

*  As well as facilitate group sharing of ideas and best practices regarding database usage



And Joanne Peters, Teacher/Librarian from Kelvin High School will present "Creating Awareness & Increasing Usage of EBSCO Resources."
